    • Shipping Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) – We share your name and shipping details so they can deliver your order.

    • Analytics and Cookies: Prefer to browse anonymously? You can disable analytics and personalization tracking through our Cookie Settings. This won’t affect your ability to shop or use our site.

    10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    This Privacy Policy, and any concerns or disputes related to it, will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Informal Resolution First: If you ever have a concern, we ask that you first contact us at support@flagstri.com with a written description of the issue. We’ll respond within 30 days and do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly without the need for formal action.

    Binding Arbitration: If we can’t resolve the matter informally, both you and FlagStride agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), using its Commercial Arbitration Rules (as modified by this agreement). The arbitration will take place in Laramie County, Wyoming, before a single arbitrator.

    Individual Resolution Only: To the fullest extent allowed by law, arbitration will only be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or collective claim. Both you and FlagStride waive the right to join claims with others.

    Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial in any related court proceeding.

    Arbitrator’s Authority: The arbitrator will have the sole authority to decide any questions about the enforceability, interpretation, or validity of this agreement. Their decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

    Costs & Fees: Each party will cover its own legal costs and fees, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise under applicable law or AAA rules.

    Exceptions: This section doesn’t stop either party from going to court in Wyoming to seek an injunction (for example, to prevent unauthorized use of confidential information, intellectual property, or in cases involving data security).
