To guarantee the best results, all print files must be set up according to the specifications outlined on this page.

Approval Process

• Artwork approval is required before production begins. Proofs will be sent within one business day after receiving both the order and artwork. If no response is received within 48 hours, production will proceed automatically.
• Once approved, production starts immediately, and no changes can be made.

Artwork Review Checklist

Before submitting your artwork, ensure the following:

✅ You used the correct template for your product, size, and print option.
✅ All template instructions have been reviewed and followed.
✅ All fonts are converted to outlines (to prevent missing fonts).
✅ All images are embedded (to avoid broken links).
✅ The artwork is free of spelling or grammatical errors.
✅ All Pantone® colors are correctly specified (if applicable).
✅ The file is saved in one of the approved formats listed below.
✅ Any special requests or specifications are clearly noted.

Submitting Your Artwork

The best way to submit your design is during the order process to ensure accurate file matching. If you need additional time or encounter issues uploading, you can send your artwork later:

• For files under 5MB: Email your artwork directly to [email protected], including your order number in the subject line.
• For files over 5MB: Email the artwork link to [email protected], including your order number in the subject line.

Resolution Requirements

For raster-based images (pixel files), we strongly recommend a minimum of 200 DPI at full size. Below are the recommended DPI settings based on the expected viewing distance:

• 6 inches = 1200 DPI
• 1 foot = 600 DPI
• 2 feet = 300 DPI
• 3 feet = 200 DPI
• 15 feet = 150 DPI

High-resolution images include:
✔ Original, unedited raw digital photos
✔ Purchased stock images

Low-resolution images include:
❌ Photos taken from the internet
❌ Scanned images
❌ Mobile phone screenshots

Intellectual Property & Legal Compliance

By submitting artwork to FlaStride, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use and reproduce all images, slogans, or designs included.

🚫 You may not submit artwork that:

• Violates any laws or could result in legal liability.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property without permission.
• Contains offensive, obscene, or objectionable content.

We reserve the right to decline printing any materials that do not meet legal or ethical standards.
