1. Ownership of Our Content

Everything you see on the FlagStride website—including our text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and tools—is owned by FlagStride and protected by copyright law. You’re welcome to browse, enjoy, and shop with us, but please don’t scrape, reproduce, or repurpose substantial parts of our site for your own commercial use without our written permission.

If you think your copyrighted work has been used on our site without authorization, please contact support@flagstri.com with the details. We’ll review it quickly and respond in line with applicable laws.

2. Your Uploaded Artwork

The designs you create are yours. You keep full rights to any original artwork, images, or logos you upload to FlagStride. When you send us a file, you’re simply giving us a limited license to use it for one purpose only: producing and delivering your order.

We’ll never feature your custom flag in our gallery, ads, or social media unless you give us separate, written permission.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you upload artwork, you’re confirming that you have the right to use it. Please make sure your files don’t:

  • Infringe on another person’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Contain hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material
  • Violate any laws or regulations

This helps keep both your order and our platform safe and professional.

4. Trademarks

“FlagStride,” along with our logos and product names, are registered trademarks of FlagStride. Please don’t use them for your own products or services in ways that could confuse people, for example, in domain names, social handles, or advertising keywords.

5. Important Disclaimers

Color & Size Variations
Printed colors may look slightly different from what you see on your screen, since monitors display color differently and fabrics absorb ink in unique ways. Product dimensions may also have a tolerance of up to 5%.

Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our work, but we’re not responsible for delays or issues outside of our reasonable control, nor for misuse of our products. Our liability is limited as described in our full Terms & Conditions.
