FlagStride Warranty & Return Policy

We want you to love your flag, and feel confident in every purchase.

1. Non-Custom Product Returns

Not what you expected? No problem. You may return unused, non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it’s our error

2. Custom Product Policy

Because every custom flag is made just for you, custom items are final sale.

However, if there’s an error on our part, we’ll make it right.
Spotted an issue? Contact us immediately so we can fix it.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your return
  • Processing time varies depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake)

4. 90-Day Warranty

All our flags are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s covered:

  • Material flaws
  • Printing errors
  • Stitching issues due to our workmanship

What’s not covered:

  • Weather damage, misuse, or improper storage
